The main protagonist in the game is Charles Cat who is a CIA agent tasked with flushing out the Neo-Nazis hiding in the Andes.

This game includes 2 spies – The white spy and the Black Spy. As suggested in the title, the gameplay takes place in the Arctic region, where the quest of the player is to locate the essential components of a rocket before the cold freezes everyone to death.
