Just as its name sounds, BALLGAME 2 is a game with a ball. But in this case, the ball isn’t kicked by players, hit by hockey sticks, or flung by a racket.
As a member of the Starfleet Command, the ball is you, and you are on an intergalactic mission of exploring the galaxies.
Your journey across space will lead to lots of fascinating places where you can find many collectibles like dilithium crystals. But not so fast! You have to protect your cute purple and delicate ball from lots of threats. Don’t get cut, grazed, or pierced, and don’t fall into holes, or get blown up.
Having a good strategy is your best defense to navigate through this time travail. Collect all the crystals before the time runs out or you will lose the game.
It sounds simple, but it isn’t. Your purple ball has to navigate this maze comprising of grey squares. It is where all the action happens. Your ball occupies one square while an enemy, a sharp object, a hole, or a crystal occupies another. If you veer in the wrong direction, you'll find yourself at a crossroads, and if you plan well, you'll earn yourself a dilithium crystal and complete all your missions.
BALLGAME 2 was released on Dos in 1992 by The Toxic Dream. But now, due to its quirky and enjoyable gameplay accompanied by a cuteness factor, many iterations of this game are available across all gaming platforms. So be a ball and explore every nook and cranny of the galaxy.
