Description
The action game Bananoid was published and developed by Banana development Inc. It was released in 1989 for DOS
platforms. The single-player game features an arcade, paddle, and pong gameplay.
The freeware game Bananoid is an Arkanoid-clone. It runs on VGA mode that is also referred to as 360x240 MCGA.
The game has seven stages that feature two screens. It has a resolution of 544x240. The online game can be
played via any browser such as internet explorer, safari, Mozilla Firefox, and google chrome.
The playing field in Bananoid is bigger as compared to the display screen of your desktop. Thus, the screen
scrolls as the player move in the game. The game works efficiently even on slower computers. The player can
escape full-screen mode using the escape key. Ctrl F11 decreases the speed of the game whereas, ctrl F12
increases its speed.
The aim of the game is simple and easy to achieve. The game has walls made using bricks. The player has to break
the walls using a bouncing ball and paddle. Break all the walls of the current level and progress to the next
stage. Meanwhile, keep upgrading your strategies and strength as the degree of difficulty increases as you
progress.
Though you do not have an opponent or enemy to beat, the game is still fun to play. It demands strategies and
tactics to progress to the successive level.
Get ready to destroy walls with the action game and use your entire strength. Prepare yourself for destroying.
