What is BAP?
Just another fine game of a Ball And a Paddle (BAP for short)! This name
was given by my friend in college, James Hughes.
Hardware requirement:
286 or better machine.
VGA color monitor.
Keyboard.
Mouse(Microsoft compatible) is strongly recommended.
Software requirement:
MS-DOS 3.3 or later version or PC-DOS equivalent.
How to play:
BAP is a break-out type game. You control the paddle at the bottom of the
screen with mouse and try not to let the ball fall below the paddle. There
are 30 stages altogether and at every third stage, a password is given.
When you play next time, you can start from the stage by choosing 'Input
password and play game' from the menu and typing in the password.
Note:
*This game was written for ages 3 to 137. In other words, anyone who
likes computer games can play!
*This game has been tested on 286, 386DX, 486SX25Mhz, 486DX33Mhz, and
486DX66Mhz machines and worked fine. It may not work properly on Pentium
or better machines. If you have Pentium or better CPU, let me know how
it worked on your machine.
*This game was not written for running under MS-Windows.
*I have not given name to the cute yellow character that appears at the
beggining of the game. If you have a good name for him/her, write to me
and let me know. If I decided to use the name, I will give you the credit
for it.
