You are the ruthless real estate player and you are allowed to do anything to make sure you get ahead of competition. You start off with a single area of land which also contains the headquarters. You also get one construction team initially, consisting of a foreman a few workers and finally a repairman. You as the constructor need to start by constructing a wood mill. You also need to build a housing for your workers. This progresses to hiring and training new workers, progressing to construction of better buildings in a better neighbourhood. You get to educate citizens, hire gangsters to manage the rough crowd. Another thing you do is capturing other buildings that belong to an opponent. You also get to build more friendly buildings, schools, hospitals etc. and expand your business empire. You need to make sure to create a balance in all the operations that you carry out, without getting bankrupt. You can play a higher level of difficulty only with the multiplayer option. This is one of the best real-time strategy games. The game has a lot of humorous instances and has a unique gameplay style. The contents of the game are odd, eccentric and interesting.
