Description
Creep Clash is an Action video released in the United States in 1994. It was developed and published by Japanese developers 47-TEK, Inc. The game can be played by 1 or 2 players
and runs on the DOS platform. Creep Clash is set in the fantasy land of Eternal Night where mythical undead creates are waging a war to decide leadership. The player gets to
choose one of the four fighters or creeps: Lugwin Van Vampirebat, Demon Spawn, Frankenclod, and Pumpkin Pyre. All four characters are 3D, each with their own unique fighting
styles and signature moves. The battles always take place at midnight at the city arena called "Ancient Battleground of the Mists of Cemetoria." The player controls the creep
and needs to defeat their opponent in battle. The player can compete against the computer or another player. There is also a training mode available where the players can
familiarise themselves with the fighting style of the creeps and learn how to tackle their character-specific attacks. Defeating the opponents in battle opens the door to the
Living on Halloween night. Although the fighting characters are comprised of polygon graphics, the backgrounds are static and non-interactive. An introduction to each creep is
provided before the start of the battle accompanied by voiceovers and pictures while ominous music plays in the background. The winner gets to reign as the next lord of Necrovania.
Creep Clash is a perfect blend of action and the macabre making it a hit among fans of the action/horror genre.
