Softdisk was a publisher of "disk magazines" -- magazines distributed on disk, with programs, interviews, advertisements, etc. They were very popular from the 1980s until the mid 1990s, when the World Wide Web explosion changed the computer into a true consumer device. The programs were sometimes helpful utilities, but were mostly games you could play. Softdisk acted as a game publisher, and paid authors for their work.

Description
Like any other game, Dark Designs - I Grelminars Staff have an evil wizard who has built an evil portal which produces evil creatures of various kinds. Your role as the gamer is to save the World from this evil plottings.
This is an RPG game, where the player is on the mission to save the world along with other four players. In the start of the game, the player is provided the opportunity to build his characters which can be either a priest, wizard or a fighter and equip them with the need weapons like armor, spell to resurrect from the temple, in order to destroy the evil tactics of the creatures.
The characters are faced with a number of dangerous on the way and the player can use the weapons, the items such as rings and health potions to increase their survival, kill monsters and get plenty of cash. The goal of the player is to get the staff of the wizard from the third floor in order to destroy the portal and save the world.
Not all fairies are good. Yes, you heard it right. The player on his way to the floor is also faced with fairies and unicorns who can prove to be dangerous for his life. Dark Designs - I Grelminars Staff is an adventurous game which requires a lot of tact and swiftness from the player in order to cross each level and get to the end successfully.
