Dračí Historie is an adventure game based on a fantasy theme that was released in 1995. It was developed and published in the Czech Republic and runs on the DOS platform. The protagonist is a young Dragon named Bert who lives with his parents. They live in a fantasy land where dragons are civilized like humans and live similar lives. However, Their happy lives are torn apart when one day Bert's father vanishes without a word. At the same time, Eveline, a mischievous magical wand takes control of the land and starts to torment the residents. Bert then sets out on a quest to defeat Eveline and look for his missing father. He is guided by a map which shows the view of the lanscape. New places keep getting added to the map based on the route taken.
The gameplay also allows revisiting a previously explored area. On his way, Bert must collect useful items that would be used later to solve a series of puzzles. The game involves traditional point-and-click mechanics where players interact with objects, collect items, and solve puzzles to progress through the story. The narrative is rich with humor and engaging dialogue, set in a whimsical world filled with various characters and creatures. Dračí Historie features colorful, hand-drawn 2D graphics typical of mid-90s adventure games, providing a charming and visually appealing experience.
