Description
The old video game, European champions were released in the year 1993 by Ocean Software Company. The game consists of top-down and side-view perspective. The sports game was released for DOS, Atari ST, and Amiga platforms. The soccer game features a high level of actualism.
The game provides 3 distinct modes of passing such one-touch passing long-range direct, and through balls. The match in European champions consists of 10 levels of skills, distinct wind, variable lengths of match and 3 different conditions of the pitch. The player can participate in the cup and league tournaments, which are hosted in the countries of Europe.
The tournament of 1992
The game was developed to commemorate the tournament of 1992. In the tournament of 1992, the most proficient teams of Europe competed for each other to gain the title. The winner of the tournament was Denmark. Denmark did not qualify the tournament; instead, the Danish team entered the tournament via a wild card.

The game provides several options to the player. The player has the options of either playing alone or playing with his friend. Along with this, the player can choose the length of the match (20, 101, or 5 minutes). Furthermore, the player can select the keys, which he wished to the user, the sound of the video and the device for input.
In the game, European champions, the player has to score goals to win the match and enter the next level. The player can play from his favorite team of Europe and participate in the Championship. The game is played with 4 teams from which, 2 teams qualify to the semi-finals. The winner of the semi-finals wins the game.
