Adept Software is an independent game development studio located in Orlando, Florida. It was founded by Adam Pedersen. In the early-to-mid 1990s, Adept Software developed shareware games for the PC in MS-DOS. In more recent years, several of those games have been released as freeware and can be downloaded from their website. They also create free development tools for programmers. In 2012 Pedersen launched a Kickstarter campaign for a sequel to the 1993 DOS game Jetpack.

Description
God of Thunder is an adventurous game filled with thrill and excitement clubbed into a Zelda styled puzzle game. The gamer is offered the chance to turn out to be a savior as in any other video games combined with exciting twists and turns to keep the player hooked to the screen.
The plot goes as follows: You play the protagonist Thor, who is summoned by his father Odin to save him and the planet from the evil pursuits of Loki. Your father Odin is the ruler of the entire land. But his powers are supposed to recharged every few thousand years, for which he must enter into Odinsleep for regaining his power. Taking the advantage of this situation, your twin brother Loki takes over the land. Knowing of this trouble, Odin communicates with you, Thor, while still in sleep and summons you to reclaim the land from the clutches of Loki and destroy him.
