Open Production (열림 기획) was a South Korean software developer. It was founded on May 20th, 1992 by Kim Eulsuk, and employed the programmers Koo Eunjoong and Lee Sanghun as well as several former employees of Zemina. Open soon became a second-party developer for Daou, which resulted in a prolific period of game production for 8-bit consoles. Open started developing PC games in late 1994.
On March 18th, 1996, a sister company called Open Tech was established. Open Tech eventually began focusing on PC hardware and network technology, while the original company concentrated on vending machines for batteries, karaoke machines, and remote-controlled fragrance dispensers before becoming defunct around 1998.
Four of the games developed by Open saw an Australian release in 1995, when HES published 4 Pak All Action.

Description
Hello, Mr. President is an action video game with a comic theme. The game was released in South Korea in 1994 and runs on the DOS platform. It was developed and published by
Open Production.
The game features famous former Presidents or prime ministers of various countries. There are a total of eight presidents, including famous personalities like Margaret Thatcher
from the UK, Saddam Hussein of Iraq, Bill Clinton of the USA, and others. These personalities engage in hand-to-hand combat with each other. The player gets to choose the
character they want to play as and the sequence of opponents. The fighting bouts take place in the opponent’s homeland and the backgrounds and landscape change accordingly.
The game offers two playing modes- The arena and the board game mode. In the board game mode, the player must solve puzzles and mini-games and answer questions to move the
character across the board. Success in the board game mode can greatly benefit the character in the fighting mode as it gives the character some advantages. However, it is
not mandatory to compete in the board games and one can skip directly to the arena. The gameplay is simple, the player must defeat their opponent by displaying their fighting
skills and command over the controls. The fighting style is mixed martial arts but mainly inspired by Asian styles such as ninja and kung fu. Overall, Hello Mr. President is
an average fighting game, but the puzzle elements and the humorous theme make it appealing. The game also offers variety in terms of backgrounds and locations.
The game language is a mix of Korean and English.
