The game involves the storyline of the movie Hook and the game is based on the movie. In the game, you are at a square of a coastal town. You are just left with your cell phone and a checkbook. And, you will feel unusual at the coastal place. The first thing that you need to do is to find a real outfit of a pirate, which means that you need to be a pirate.   The game is not that much difficult and you will finish it within a short duration of time. There would be a couple of puzzles which you need to solve to win the game and you can finish them quite easily. Hook provides a user-friendly interphase. You can go to a different line by a right click and by a left click, you can select the line. As the location changes, the current location will be displayed on the screen. The music is somewhat listenable and the graphics are done somewhat average. Though there are not many sound effects, but the animation is good. The animation runs smoothly and the cartoon characters are done pretty well. Moreover, the colors are too dark and bold there is a tint of orange in the display. The game consists of adventure and you need to solve the puzzles to get through the levels. Overall, the game can be rated as average.
