Mastertronic, Inc. was a branch of UK-based Mastertronic Ltd. It was started in 1986 by Martin Alper, one of the original co-founders of the main company, who relocated to the United States to actively manage this new division.
The company published and distributed Mastertronic games to United States locations.
Mastertronic, Inc. seems to have folded around 1989 during the take-over of its mother company by Virgin Games.

Description
The old PC game, Knight Games involves the storyline of a king who gets bored and decides to amuse himself by arranging a tournament.
There are several active, and powerful knights who come to participate in the tournament to fight for their prestige and to get a beautiful wife. The knights are required to be talented enough to use all the different types of armaments in the Knight Games.
The player needs to choose a domain in which he needs to fight, select the number of players (one or two), and select the level of difficulty and then the weapon for the knight. The knight games are restricted to a small number of moves. Furthermore, the knights can fight in the following domains.
Sword Fight I- Two soldiers can fight with each other with the swords.
Quarterstaff
Archery- In this tournament, the player needs to shoot at the eye of the bull.
Ball and Chain- In this event, the player gets malice to crush the opponent.
Sword fight II- It is similar to sword fight I but it contains different scenarios.
Pikestaff- in Pikestaff, the player invites an opponent and attacks him with a pikestaff.
Crossbow- In this event, the player shoots an arrow straight on his opponents.
Axeman- The player needs to fight against his opponent and chop him.
The game is a fighting game and involves several domains from which you can choose one. The game is worth giving a try.
