Description
The Lion King is a classic video game based on the animated movie by Disney, which has the same title. The game narrates the story of a cub, Simba and how he grows, matures, and combats with Scar, his demonic uncle.
In the platform game, the Lion King, the player plays the role of Simba. As the game progresses, the cub grows in age and becomes an adult. During his journey of life, the cub faces several challenges and obstacles. In the initial part of the game, Simba is young and therefore, does not know to attack the enemies. Thus, the young cub simply hops on the enemies to defeat them. In addition to this, the young cub also knows how to roar and make the enemies run away. There is a replenishable scale in the game, which gets used up as the energy of the cub gets consumed whenever he roars. As the game progresses, Simba becomes grows into an adult and learns to fight. He learns several moves such as attacking, banging and throwing the enemies. Furthermore, if Simba loses his health or dies due to a sudden attack he will lose one from his life.
The single-player game, Lion King consists of numerous puzzles, which the player needs to solve in order to gain points. Also, the player can muster several different kinds of bugs which help the player through his journey. There are a few bugs, which can help Simba in reviving his health and the replenishable scales. On the contrary, there are some black colored bugs, which will decrease the health of Simba. Also, some bugs act as the bonus and also, gives additional lives to Simba.
