Mario Brothers VGA is a game that will give any 90’s kid a pleasant trip down memory lane. There are very few who have not played this game with the little moustached fellow. Super Mario Brothers is the first multiplayer game, with the other player being Mario’s brother Luigi. Together, Mario and Luigi, reach the last stage by defeating evil turtles. It may sound boring, but this game is a classic and once you play it you will be hooked on to it. This is a simple and fun game where all you need to do is destroy the turtles. This is not achieved by jumping on top of them though. You need to go underneath the turtle for this and flip it. There is also a “POW” button which you will figure out when you play the game and punch it. This is an old game so you cannot expect graphics like the ones that are seen in the games today. One major advantage in this game is that you can adjust the controls for each individual player. Anyone who is not bored by 16 colours and PC speaker sounds can enjoy this game. This game does not come with any music which is a bit boring but when you bump or jump into a turtle you do have the catchy sounds. Mario Brothers VGA is one game that any one, hard core gamer or not should play at least once in their lifetime.
