In October 1996, the company was acquired by the publishing company Microleague Multimedia Inc. Micro Sports' President David Holt and all of the company's employees joined Microleague Multimedia after the acquisition.

Description
Pro League Baseball is a baseball simulation that was released in 1992 and runs on the DOS platform. The game was released in the United
States and was promoted by the National Baseball League. "Pro League Baseball" by Interplay Entertainment Corp. offers a detailed and
realistic baseball simulation experience. The player assumes the role of a general manager and can perform a variety of tasks from draft
picking to setting in-game options. It combines team management, realistic gameplay mechanics, and statistical tracking to provide an
immersive sports simulation. The game features 2D graphics typical of early 1990s sports games, with detailed sprites and stadiums to
enhance the visual experience. It also includes realistic baseball mechanics, including pitching, hitting, fielding, and base running.
Players can manage their baseball teams, including selecting lineups, managing rosters, and making strategic decisions. Huge emphasis has
been placed on realistic gameplay elements like player fatigue, injuries, and strategy. It also includes sound effects that mimic the
