Description
Rally Championships is a racing game developed by InSide Team and published by Flair Software Ltd. the game was released
in The United Kingdon in 1994, on both DOS and Amiga platforms.
To play the game, the player must choose a rally car and compete in championships. The championship races are held
in different locations, and the goal is to win them all. Money and other items are up for grabs during the course of the race.
The player needs to collect as many of these perks in order to refuel, repair, or add features to their racecar.
A prize is awarded for winning a championship. At the start of the game, the player gets the option to buy their racecar and
a co-driver. Their success on the racetrack depends largely on making the right selection. More expensive is generally the
wiser choice in these scenarios. A player can also choose between four difficulty levels; easy, medium, hard and Expert.
The races occur in different landscapes and weather conditions. The racetracks could pass through rocky mountains, harsh
deserts, cold and snow-clad regions, marshlands, or busy roads with heavy traffic. A player can keep track of the time, speed
of the car, and fuel levels on the bar at the top of the screen. The damage levels on the car are also indicated in the bar
above, so the player knows when the vehicle is in need of repairs. An orange and yellow colored arrow mark guides the driver
in the right direction. Crashing the car will fail the level.
