Description
SimFarm is a classic PC game, which was released in the year 1993. The game requires the player to construct and govern an unreal field.
In the farm, the player administers the construction on the field, designing and elevating buildings, purchasing and trading domestic animals and cultivating plants. The pattern of climate and atmospheric conditions vary according to the current season of the year. This feature makes the player get an experience of agriculture in the real world. Also, there are several natural calamities that can prevail in the fields such as droughts, floods, blight, epidemic, and cyclones. All these calamities can damage the crop or the produce.
In addition to this, the game also consists of a small city in it. The city is known as SimCity. The player can communicate with the city whenever he wants by participating in some competitions or by making some changes in the town. For example, when the player suggests that an airport should be constructed in the town, he can get the advantage of purchasing and make use of a harvest duster.
Moreover, if the gamer is successful in gathering enough money, then the field in SimFarm increases in size with the passing of each year in the game. The player has the ability to decide on the region and the atmospheric conditions of the field. Furthermore, the game consists of an instructor who teaches the player and aids him during the harvest.
Furthermore, the player needs the aid of some equipment for cultivating and harvesting the crops. The player should be equipped with the basic requirements for the harvesting to be done. All the crops differ in their harvesting time, sowing season, favorable climate and temperature and their resistances.
