Instructions:
Shall we play a game?
You can direct either the u.s. Or u.s.s.r. Forces.
(ok! There isn't a u.s.s.r. Anymore! Give us a *break* will ya!)
To win, you must destroy all the other side's cities without losing even one
Of yours (ha ha).
The display screen:
Displays the cities, their populations, and, when a missile has been launched
Towards it, the time to impact (tti).
To fire:
Type mnn or ann, where nn is the number of a city, followed by <enter>.
The m command will launch a missile at enemy city nn, while the a command will
Launch an antimissile over your own city nn. For the antimissile to be
Effective, the enemy missile time to impact (tti) must be 5 seconds or less.
Each city only gets three antimissiles (generous considering the current state
Of your earth defenses).
Note: only one missile at a time can be targeted towards any given city.
only one antimissile can be launched at a time to defend any given city.
antimissiles hit their target about 9 times out of 10.
Computer overload:
As the war progresses, your ultra-reliable redundant strategic computer
Naturally gets overloaded and it gets hard to command missile launches.
Murphy's law is working overtime also. If you don't like it just try and
Declare peace.

To toggle sound effects on/off: hit function key f1.
To toggle the demo mode: hit function key f2. In demo mode, the computer
