Tyrian 2000 is science-fiction and action game released in 1999 for DOS and Windows platform. It is the release of the previous game Tyrian. The difference is some added episodes and bug free engine. You will get an added option, timed battle. The player has to perform space fighting in the game and so it is very addictive and adventurous. In this game, you have to run and fire, but the thing which is different is it has some story and plot according to which you have to perform activities. You have to play the role of Trent Hawkings in the game. He is an only fighter pilot in the galaxy and luckily he has to save the galaxy again and again. The enemy is a company named as Microsol who wants to capture the whole galaxy. During gameplay you will feel like a real space fighter. The Plot of the story is very interesting. Your friends will leave you in the middle of the war and also your parents will be killed by the company. The combined effects of all the ups and downs Howkings will face is making the game more and more interesting. As you will go deeper you will feel more thrills. Even difficulty will come, but the main character of the game Hawkings has to return. In Tyrian 2000 only aim of the player is to overthrow the enemy and save the galaxy. This game has also a 2 player mode. One more interesting feature is that you can change the hull of the ship, modify your weapons and also develop a better shield. Since this is a space game its graphics is awesome and sound effect is also very nice. The sound of firing bullets creates the environment of war and you will feel the game.
