Vixen

Vixen is an action game released in 1988. It was developed by Intelligent Design Ltd. and is available on Amiga, Atari ST, Commodore 64, ZX Spectrum, and DOS platforms.
Vixen is set in an alternate reality where dinosaurs have taken over the earth and humans are near extinction. The fate of humanity now rests on Vixen, who is the last surviving human on earth. It is now up to her to fulfil the promise she made to her elders, of getting rid of all the dinosaurs and restoring humankind to its former glory. Raised in the wilderness by foxes, Vixen is trained to take on the dinosaurs armed only with a whip. The goal is to kill as many dinosaurs as possible while avoiding traps and water bodies. There are also several bonus objects along the way which can earn the player bonus points and extra lives. One of these bonus objects is a huge iron ball that takes 1 hit to break. Other bonus objects include a wolf’s head hanging from a tree.
Having been raised by Foxes, Vixen has the superpower to turn into one at times. However, she needs to collect special tokens for the transformation.
Gaining too many of them takes the player into an underground bonus level where plenty of bonus points can be earned. Each level has a time limit displayed on top of the screen. The dinosaurs are of all shapes and sizes, both on the ground and airborne. The game is divided into three parts, Part A, B and C. the player gets the option to start with any part at the start of the game.
